These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of RedditTube ("the site", "we", "us"). By accessing the site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please leave the site.
RedditTube is a free content aggregator that indexes and displays publicly available posts from Reddit. The site organizes those posts in a browsable interface and links to or embeds the original media, which remains hosted on Reddit's own servers and CDNs (v.redd.it, i.redd.it, external-preview.redd.it, and others).
RedditTube does not host, store, upload, or produce any of the media displayed on the site.
To set expectations clearly, the site has none of the following features:
Some pages display interactive elements such as a "like" button on live-stream cards. These elements update only locally in your browser; nothing is sent to or stored by us when you interact with them.
You are not creating an account or making a purchase on this site by browsing it. You are simply viewing publicly aggregated content.
Some pages — for example, the live-stream sections — link to white-labeled partner services. When you click those links, you are taken to the partner site, where any account creation, viewing, payment, or other interaction takes place under that partner's terms and privacy policy. We may receive compensation when visitors engage with those partners. We do not load third-party advertising scripts or behavioral-tracking pixels on RedditTube itself.
RedditTube contains adult content and is intended for users who are 18 years of age or older (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, if higher). By using the site, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.
If you are under 18, leave the site immediately. We use an age-confirmation screen on first visit, but ultimately it is your responsibility to comply with the age requirement.
When using RedditTube, you agree not to:
All media displayed on RedditTube remains the property of its original creators or rights-holders. RedditTube claims no ownership over the content. Display on this site does not grant you any license to download, copy, redistribute, or commercially use the content.
If you believe any content linked or embedded on the site infringes your copyright, please see our DMCA / Takedown Policy.
The site links to and embeds content from Reddit and other third-party services. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, content, or practices of those third parties. When you click through to or interact with embedded content, you may become subject to the third party's own terms and privacy policies.
RedditTube is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including (to the maximum extent permitted by law) the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
We do not guarantee that the site will be available at all times, that it will be error-free, that links will always work, or that any specific content will remain accessible. Content can disappear at any moment because the underlying Reddit posts are deleted, removed, or otherwise made unavailable by Reddit or the original poster — this is outside our control.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, RedditTube and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of (or inability to use) the site.
Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under applicable law. If you are a consumer in the European Union, your statutory consumer rights are not affected by these Terms.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the operators of RedditTube against any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your unlawful use of the site or your breach of these Terms.
We may, at our discretion and without notice, restrict or block access to the site (including blocking specific IP addresses or regions) if we believe the site is being misused, overloaded, or accessed in violation of these Terms or applicable law.
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the site at any time, including specific features or the entire service, without notice or liability.
We may also update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Significant changes will be highlighted on the site. Your continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Portugal, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising from or related to these Terms or your use of the site shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Portugal, except where mandatory law in your country of residence provides otherwise (in particular, EU consumer protection law).
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full effect.
